How much do you charge?


All our rates and pricing are available online. Sales TAX also will be collected in your final invoice. Hurry because we have really good prices!

If your organization is tax exempted, please let us know and send us the exemption letter.




What is included in your service?


First, we include a lot of dedication, 1 photographer with very good and necessary gear to cover your event, sharp photographs and excellent service.




How many photos will I get?


It depends on how many guests you have in your event. I would say like 100 photos an hour for crowded events (+200 people) and around 60 +/- 20 photos for smaller events (-100 people). Was that clear?




Do you require a reservation fee?


Yes, we require 50% of the invoice total amount.




When should I pay the remaining balance?


We will send the final invoice the next business day of the event. We put a lot of effort doing our work, so please don’t take months to complete the payment.




Can I cancel my reservation?


Yes absolutely, at least 5 business days before the event and we will refund 100% of your deposit. Less than that we will refund just 50% of your deposit.




What is the turnaround?


You will get your photos within 5 business days or less, which is most of the cases. When we are super busy we will let you know in advance if the delivery time has to be changed.




Oh my god this is too expensive, can I get a discount?


We also believe in god, but we do not offer discount. Our flat rate is super affordable vs our quality. Please don’t ask for discounts, this is our minimum to give you the best service.




How will I get the photos?


You will get a stunning and custom photo gallery designed exclusively for you, where you will be able to download your photos in high/low resolution, share with friends and family, no app required. And yes, it is included with your service.




Are you sure you touch up all your photos?


Yes, we do touch up all our photos. Once back in our HQ, we will take the time

to select and edit your photos, generally is the same time e.g. if your event is 2 hours, we take later 2 hours to edit your pics. Our photos are very well taken however we love to give you the best experience.




Do you offer instant delivery?


Yes, we use aircam technology that allows you to see, download and share your photos immediately when the event is happening.




How does instant delivery work?


Is pretty simple. When we pull off to the event, we will share with you an event link where you can see all photos taken by the photographer instantly. Each click on the camera each photo will appear in your phone. No app required, all you need is phone with internet access and your favorite browser opened.




There are many photographers out there, how can I know you are certified photographers that really know what you are doing?


Good question, we are dedicated professionals with degrees in multimedia area, we have studied, digital photography, photo documentary and photography lighting. We didn’t not learn watching YouTube videos, we went to school and have had years of experience learning, improving our skills, traveling around the world, sharing experiences with other professionals and so on.




I am nervous, how can I trust your service is really good?

Where are you located?


We are in Silver Spring, Maryland, covering Washington DC Metro Area. In addition, we are ready to travel coast to coast, north to south. Yes, we really meant it.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept debit and credit cards, is not common to get paid in cash but we can accept it. Checks only from serious and trackable companies.




Can I pay online?


Yes, you can, we use the very secure platform square to collect payments. Also, we generate invoice with easy pay. In a few clicks you are able to complete the remaining balance.




I am sorry for the question; how can I be sure that you will show up the day of the event?


Every event is a commitment. After we receive your deposit you will get our contract and confirmation. The last 10 years we’ve never missed one event. If for some out of the planet reason we can’t go to your event, we will notify you and will receive 100% of refund. But no worries that never happens and shh we don’t want you to be the first one.




Do we get raw unedited files?


No, you won’t. You will get all JPG’s touched up in high/low resolution. This is because we do our selection where we discard, light test, not very good focus, duplicated photos. We will give you the best of us!




How would you describe your photo service?

What kind of photo gear do you use?


We strive to use the best equipment in the market. We shoot with Canon 5D mark IV, Canon Lenses 70-200mm f2.8, 24-105mm f4, 17-40mm f4. Strobe Godox V1, and all necessary accessories to make deliver crisp photos.
