Here’s how our process works
1. Choose your service
We offer a variety of photography services, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
2. Complete the booking
Once you've chosen your service, fill out the form and let's get in touch to complete the booking and payment.
3. Photoshoot day
We will take the time to capture your vision and make sure that you are happy with the results.
4. Delivery
Once your photos are edited, we will deliver them to you in a digital format via online gallery.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your photography session. However, in order to protect the time and resources invested in preparing for and scheduling your session, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation

Cancellation by the Client:
a. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible.
b. If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, we will provide a full refund of any deposit or session fee paid.c. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit or session fee paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the Photographer:
a. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
b. If rescheduling is not possible or if you prefer not to reschedule, we will provide a full refund of any deposit or session fee paid.
Reschedule

Rescheduling by the Client:
a. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates and times.
b. If rescheduling occurs more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time at no additional cost.
c. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, an additional fee of $50 may apply to cover any costs incurred due to the change in schedule.

Rescheduling by the Photographer:
a. In the rare event that we need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, inclement weather), we will make every effort to find a new date and time that works for both parties at no additional cost.
b. If rescheduling is not possible or if you prefer not to reschedule, we will provide a full refund of any deposit or session fee paid.
