Our small event service is perfect for gatherings of up to 75 people, while our large event service is designed for events with more than 75 attendees. No matter the size of your event, our team of experienced photographers knows how to capture the essence of your occasion, from the keynote speakers to the networking sessions. 

Convention

1. SMALL EVENTS - $200/hour

It is designed for small events where you'd like to have the most important moments, speakers, awards ceremonies, interviews, highlights of the event, or some group pictures. 

Video Convention

2. LARGE EVENTS - $300/hour

This is the way to go if you have a bigger event that requires full coverage, including attendees, details, and all the important moments at the location or venue. We capture everything to ensure nothing is missed.

• Average photos taken per hour (35 for Small and 70 for Large). *This # can vary depending on the event. 

• High and low-resolution JPEG files 

• Full delivery within 3-5 business days

Our style of photography is photojournalistic, natural and candid. I strive to capture the real moments and emotions, but also we take group photos naturally.

es, at District Pixel, we offer different packages for our photography services. For small events, we have a package priced at $200, while our package for large events is priced at $300. However, we understand that every event is unique and you may have specific photography needs. For instance, even if your event has more than 75 people, you may only require a few photos of the highlights for social media. In such cases, we recommend choosing our small event package. Our team can work with you to determine the best package based on your specific requirements and budget. Contact us to discuss your event and learn more about our photography packages.

To get started, simply contact us to schedule a consultation. We will discuss your event and photography needs, and we will create a custom package that meets your requirements and budget.

8. How much time in advance can I hire District Pixel for my conference?

We recommend that you hire District Pixel at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your event/conference. This will give us enough time to discuss your needs, create a custom package, and secure our availability.

However, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute. If you need to hire us closer to your conference date, we will do our best to accommodate you.
