No-shows: Clients who are no-shows for their scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: More than 72 hours notice: Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before your scheduled session time can be accommodated based on availability, with no reschedule fee. Less than 72 hours notice: Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your scheduled session time will be subject to a $25 reschedule fee, and availability is not guaranteed. Reasons for exceptions: We may consider waiving cancellation or reschedule fees in cases of unexpected emergencies or weather conditions beyond your control.
